mallorymaloney.com's open hiatus is still in effect, but I felt the need to post a blog about something that I feel is kinda important to everyone who regularly visits.
Now, since I'm still feeling pretty ill, I'm not going to make a big production out of this, I'm just going to come right out and say it ... So forgive me ahead of time if this entry isn't perfectly worded or written, okay? x_X; Here goes.
The online 'battle' between myself and a big group of other bloggers, ((The ones I dubbed 'elite cunts' in the recent past, as I'm sure everyone already knows,)) Is officially over --- On my side, at least.
I'm calling a truce on anyone I've been 'at war' with for these last however many years. I'm through with the childish fighting. I'm done with the name calling. I'm finished with the trading of insults. No more! It's to the point where I look back at Snark's SSYS 2008 Winners thread, for example, and even though it was only a short while ago, I now shake my head at the immaturity of even my own replies! x_X;
Don't get me wrong, I don't expect a party to be thrown in my honour or anything. On the contrary, the best I can hope for, ((For now,)) Is neutrality all around.
Simply put, myself and mallorymaloney.com are going to be a drama free zone from now on. Now, whether the group of other bloggers plan to make the move to Switzerland as well remains to be seen. But even if they don't want to do the whole neutral thing, that's cool --- So long as they, ((And everyone else,)) Realise there will no longer be negativity from me in return. In fact, regular visitors may even notice that I removed the offensive 'ROTFL. Take that, cunts.' GIF message from my footer, as a sort of peace offering.
I guess the reason behind my change of heart, ((Morbid, unintended pun which you won't fully understand until you finish reading this paragraph, lollercoaster,)) Is partially because my health problems as of late have been pretty serious --- As in, near hospitalisation serious. Simply put, I haven't been taking very good care of my physical or mental health recently ... And as a direct result, I almost went into cardiac arrest, not once, not twice, but three times.
After these scares, I had to rest --- A lot. And during this time of rest, I had quite awhile to think about things I would normally push to the side. One of those things, evidently, is this silly 'war' I've been waging for the last three years. ((Or has it been four ...? Jeez.)) And, equally obvious, I decided it just wasn't worth it. What's the point? Neither side is gaining anything from it. Unless, of course, you count 'lulz' at the expense of others a gaining point, which I personally refuse to do any longer. Life's too short. You gotta pick your battles ... And this one I picked was not a good choice.
So, I suppose the only thing left to say is that I'm sorry. I'm sorry to anyone's feelings I might have hurt in the recent ((Or even long forgotten)) Past, and if no one's feelings were hurt, well, then I'm sorry for acting so immature and childish to my fellow bloggers. We have enough war waging offline, there's no need for similar, ((Albeit petty,)) Wars online, as well! I hope anyone who has ever been hurt/offended/annoyed by me can find a way to forgive me for my past, er, idiocy. @_@; I promise to do the same for anyone else in return.
But wrapping up, and to end this entry with a little less melodramaticousity, here's some other good things that've been going on in Mallory Land lately! Check it out: My health is improving dramatically due to a combination of over the counter meds I've been taking, ((As well as frequent light exercise, more sleep, and healthy diet changes,)) I'm getting a glossy black Sony Vaio CS notebook before Christmas, I'm going to be taking horseback riding lessons in the spring, I'm going to land a brand new job sometime early next year, my parents are buying a nearly new Jeep Commander, ((Which, coincidentally, will also be glossy black, w00t!)) And I recently realised what an awesome show Lazy Town is! o_o
Seriously. The music's upbeat and catchy, the dances are wickedly fun to imitate, ((Not to mention good exercise,)) Stephanie's the bomb, and Sportacus is pretty damn hot, to boot. o_o;
What ...? What?! O_O; Don't give me that look, you bastards! Aside from thinking deep, worldly thoughts, there's not a lot to do when one is confined to the couch! ;_;
... Alright, that's it! You've lost Mallory's company for awhile longer --- I'm gonna go rest again. =_= I hope you're happy for driving me away!

I know I'm probably going to get shit from everyone else who has a "problem" with you, but for the past few weeks I've been thinking seriously about all the bridges I've burnt and whether it's been worth it. At the time, she thought you were behind some sort of 'smear campaign' about her, in the Q*Bee's IRC chat, and I thought it'd make her feel better if I went and flamed your site ... Even though my former friend had no actual proof, just speculation. e_e
I now realise that this was a completely retarded idea, considering I never knew who you were until she told be about her speculations.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been feeling to great. It's scary to know how much people go through behind that screen of theirs.
And that is what I think is the most stupid about petty online drama, doesn't matter who starts it. You don't know what is going on in that persons life, they could be having a hard time with everything (Money issues, health, relationships, etc, etc) and go on the Internet just to get away for a bit. Then you have people who act like they own the Internet and stomp all over everyone. They really don't take a second to think about what they are doing.
I know everyone says that 'Its the Internet, get over it', maybe I'm retarded, but I take the relationships I make online very seriously. If I'm friends with someone online, they are just as important to me as those in real life, and I know everyone feels that way. Or else they wouldn't compete for this 'Head Bitch' title that everyone seems to want. And you still feel the same no matter if the person is behind a computer or not. If someone says your site sucks, you're supposed to try to make it better, but yet, their opinion isn't supposed to matter cause it's only the Internet, who cares.
It's all very stupid, and I feel sorry for anyone who feels the need to start it. People who do it for the 'lulz' are just plain idiotic. If I want some 'lulz' I go and hang out with my friends, not sit on the computer insulting people!
Anyway! That's enough of my little rant. I'm really glad that you are going to let this go and be the bigger person. You'll be so much better off. Them idiots will get the hint sooner or later, and will realize 20 year olds should be able to find so much more to do with their time then to go around insulting everyone.

Last year in English we got to listen to music because it was the last day before the Christmas holidays, and me and my friend did the Bing Bang dance in front of the whole class.. it was fun ;D
My wee sister has the music album from lazytown and it came with this dvd disc thing, and it had these exercises to keep fit... but I found it hard, and it's exercises for small people o_o;

I'm glad you've found the delights of Lazytown; it's the best kid's show in the whole world in my opinion; I even have Bing Bang and Cooking By The Book on my phone :D I blast it out at top volume in the middle of college. It gets some funny looks but my friends and I love learning the dances. Good times.

I'm entering an AFI competition and the grand prize is all-expenses-paid trip to LA to spend two days in the studio with the guys!! OMG!! When I go onto company sites I usually find about $9-20 for the domain name for two years, and then $3.96 a month for 1-3 years. Is that usually what they run?
