Do you like it, m'dears? It's my very own signature scent --- I made it myself. It's not publicly available for purchase just yet, as I'm still in the midst of dreaming up a creative tag line for the fragrance. I was thinking of something classy like, 'She who smelt it dealt it', or perhaps even, 'She who observed it served it'. I can just imagine the line, printed across the front of a green bottle shaped like a cloud of gas ... Ah, it's going to be a best seller, it truly is.

But until it hits the shelves, let us instead observe mallorymaloney.com's newest updates, shall we?

One new Affie has been added to the Affiliates page: Ashley! You guys should check out her site, if only to admire the layout ... It has an almost surreal vibe to it. *_*

I added a bunch of new quoteage the to Family's Funny Quotes page. Toot, toot! All aboard the SS Chuckle and so on.

One new addition to the Poems page! Be sure to note my usage of the word 'affliction' in the new poem's title, as you might notice me touching back on that word later on, in a certain segment of this entry. ^_~

And lastly, the Contact page has been updated. I slightly modified the format in which the contact methods are listed, and I also listed two new ways you can contact me ... Via Twitter and YouTube. Yep, that's right. I've created a new Twitter account and a new YouTube account.

Yet again. -_-;

When I deleted my 'mallorymaloney' Twitter account back on 31 August, at first I was glad to have gotten rid of it --- Despite the site's simplicity, it had been eating up my free time like crazy.

However, four days later someone snatched up the username 'MALLORYMALONEY' with the intent to impersonate me. Thankfully, Twitter has a fairly strict impersonation policy, so I was able to get the imposter deleted within hours of realising it had happened.

It was only then I realised that once an account's been deleted by Twitter itself, you pretty much have no chance of getting the same username back again ... Despite what it implies in their Impersonation Policy:

Please let us know if you would like to remove the impersonation with no interest in using Twitter, or if you are reporting the impersonation because you'd like to use Twitter with your own name.

Granted, I had deleted it with no regrets originally, but when something's taken away from you, as opposed to one getting rid of it of their own free will, it's quite a different little tale. -_-;

After badgering Twitter for forty years in an attempt to get my username back, ((And might I note that they have only updated their Impersonation Policy recently ... Back in August the page basically flat out promised that you'd get rightful ownership of an impersonator's account, instead of just implying it,)) I finally received a response --- Telling me that Twitter was currently too busy with frozen username requests, and that I should attempt to request again later.

In February of 2010.

After I raged about that for awhile, I realised that I was seriously missin' Teh Twit, so I finally decided to just create a replacement account, whether or not I can ever get 'mallorymaloney' back. I ended up choosing 'maloneymallory' as that replacement.

The same basic storyline applies to my YouTube history, as well --- The only difference is that there were no Mallory wannabes involved. I had the username 'mallorymaloney' about three years ago, but I ended up deleting it for the usual 'I got bored with it and I can always get it back in the future' reason ... Only to learn that once you delete an account on YouTube/any other Google owned site, the name's permanently stored in their database as 'deleted' --- Meaning you ain't gonna get it back. Ever. I know for a fact that trying to contact Google is similar to trying to contact Microsoft, so I didn't even bother attempting that one, haha.

A little while after that, I created 'mallorymaloneydotcom', which I used to upload rather 'random' videos to ... Which, of course, received major hatred from the loving YouTube community. >_>; I deleted that account shortly after I received the first few hate messages, simply because I didn't want said hataz following me over to my domain.

This time around, though, 'maloneymallory' won't be uploading any videos at all. No she will not. She will, however, be commenting, favouriting, rating, subscribing, and friending when the mood strikes, so hip hip hurrah for that!

But anyway, now that I've bored you to death with my Twitter/YouTube username history, ((Which I wasn't even planning on explaining, BTW ... But, as usual, I got carried away,)) It's time to check out those Halloween photos I promised in the last Updates/Blog entry!

You know what else was seriously fucking delicious ...? Saw VI. I went to see it on 25 October, ((I was planning to see it on 23 October, the opening date, but it didn't work out,)) And holy shit, it was magnificent. I don't want to give anything away for those of you who haven't had a chance to see it yet, so I'll just leave it at that --- And add, that like the pumpkin seeds, I definitely recommend this film.

I also recommend the film entitled 'Boredom: And How To Relieve It'. What's that? You've never heard of such a film before? Well, that's because it's not what I'd consider a film, per se ... Plus, it also hasn't been around for very long. In fact, I only just finished editing it today. o_o
