Hey there, dudes and dudettes! Before I begin the post Halloween blog I promised, here's all of the updating I did 'round mallorymaloney.com. ^_~ Check it out!
I finally added a link to mallorymaloney.com's RSS feed, located to your right in the sidebar! I apologise for how long it took me to get that added, but to be honest, I wasn't in that much of a hurry; Because I really don't see the point in feeds myself. Just like I never saw the point in LiveJournal's 'friend page'. o_O; It takes all the fun out of blog reading, in my opinion. But to each their own, I suppose ... Even if just a small handful of visitors get some use out of this feature, then it's cool by me. ^^;
One new sign has been added to the Fan Signs page. Flattering as always, my sparrows, flattering as always! *_*
Two new Affies have been added to the Affiliates page. Welcome, Trish and Kelsey! *^^*
And last but not least, two new sets of Photographs have been added to the ever growing visual collection of moi! Do not view the 24 October 2008 set if you're offended by bare, snow white midriffs. o_O; What?! Too much sun makes me physically ill, in a literal sense. And besides that, I like not developing skin cancer. Simply 'cause it's mildly beneficial to my overall health. >_>;

Whew! @_@; I never thought I'd say this, but ... I'm so glad Halloween's over! x_X;
Don't get me wrong, it was amazing in every way possible --- But holy shit, man. I have had zero time for anything non Halloween related these last two weeks or so. Hence why I've only just replied to all of your eMails now, hence why I'm just now posting an entry, hence why I still haven't returned all of your comments from my 21 October 2008 entry! X_X;
Next it was time to carve the pumpkins! From left to right: My baka neko pumpkin, Craig's Apple logo pumpkin, ((He's now obsessed with anything Justin Long related, however distantly ... Simply because he likes to imitate everything I do, haha,)) Dad's creepy grinning keyhole nose pumpkin, Cameron's über pissed off pumpkin, and Riley's/my Mum's cutesy, toothy, star eyed pumpkin!
I made the black and purple tutu myself, ((I've made and black/white one, plus and a black/red one in the past,)) And I made the mock corset tee shirt myself, too! That took a long fifteen hours of sewing, man. @_@; But I'm quite proud of my work, because ...

... That's the first thing I've ever sewn by hand before! *^^*
I didn't think I could sew until I watched a couple of these tutorial vids on YouTube ... Then I realised just how easy it is! Definitely time consuming ... But overall, very easy and straightforward. ^^
I'm also wearing a pair of black feathered wings you can barely make out, ((I did get a lame ass mirror shot of 'em, though! Click here to see,)) And a pair of black sequined demon horns I got from a store called Claire's! ^^
I'm fairly certain there's Claire's located all 'round the world, but just in case you're not familiar with the store, they mainly sell girly accessories, like hair clips, necklaces, earrings, that sorta thing. They're also usually aglow with bright pink lighting, ultra peppy salesgirls, and Miley Cyrus 'music'. >_>;
However, never judge a girly book by it's girly cover --- I always end up finding a lot of alternative stuff there, just like the demon horns! So it's totally worth enduring Miss Cyrus' screeches.

:D we got claire's over here as well - it's one of my favourite stores as well! We don't get miley cirus music here though :D the shop's music is generally soft rock without any lyrics - so it's pretty endurable :P (envy me, for i can shop without ear plugs or the fear of ear bleeding lolllllllll! :P)

Mines was suckish, I put on five skirts up me like a dress and a spongebob bra and called it a "costume"
People seemed to like it, anyway XD
And I want to eat them cookies! I *tried* to make cookies once for valentines day in love heart shapes but they looked like weirdly shaped circles xD
And theres a claires here in Scotland, I like it only because I got spongebob hair clasps in there.

Yeah, Claire's - I applied for a job there over here. It's pretty much the same as you described it but there are a few cute bits and pieces you can get if you can stand the fluff long enough to hunt for them.
I'm glad you had lots of fun for Halloween after the amount of work you put into it; I wish I could say my Halloween was also good, but I really can't so I won't lie.
And also, about my eMail crapness, I'm sorry. I've just had a weird weird feeling lately. I'll talk to you about it over eMail if you're interested.

Everyone's so busy around November time, there's Halloween, Bonfire Night and probably some other holiday that's been invented since yesterday.
I love your Halloween costume!! If I made a tutu I'm sure it would turn out to be something else (maybe just a mess). Claire's is a strange store. Down one end there's the 'gothic' section, then at the other there's tonnes of things plastered with Disney Channel stars. Ugh....

You guys really do go all out for Halloween which is hella cool, I wish my family would have. You know what? There were hardly any trick or treaters this year! We had two big bags of candy and we kept most of it. There was seriously nobody handing out candy either. My five year old little brother went trick or treating and came back with a half bag full of candy. He said his feet were tired so he was done, lol.
I just thought it was a shame because when I used to trick or treat it would last until at least 10 and I'd have two bags. Of course, I lived in a small, relatively safe little town where everyone knew everyone, too. Not this town we live in now.
Your cookies look delic! Must try that next year. I want to make cupcakes with chocolate and orange icing. Mmm. Or maybe bat shaped cookies...
I find Claire's to be too expensive. Like it's almost a whole 5 dollars difference between the American and the Canadian price. Around here anyway. But you're description of the place was spot on!

Haha, I basically live on my LJ friends page. I just sit there refreshing it. I think it's great how all your friends and comms entries are all in one place, and the page is part of your own layout. It does take away the fun of visiting other people's blogs to see their layouts, content etc, but as LJ is soley for blogging/updating/sharing, it doesn't really matter.
I use RSS feeds on my browser. Again, it means you don't have to visit the site to be updated. xD Obviously you're not as lazy as me when it comes to being updated on your friends/sites!

Hehe yeah i have had life in the sun since just after christmas, i decided on a new domain just after me and my man moved to the gold coast in queensland (thus life in the sun - get it :P). I love your halloween costume! its so cool! I made my sailor moon costume as well and it took me aagggeeesss! We dont really do halloween very well over here like i said before, but they had this whole spooky themed night at movie world one of the theme parks here, and gosh it was wicked. If i ever figure out what i did with my camera cable i will upload some photos. I lost it when i went back home for my 21st :( (my costume for that party was hot :P)

Claire's? Yeah, everywhere. I still wear their halloween earrings from last year (they're these chunky black spiders, haha) with a matching necklace - a spider web with a spider hanging off. I always buy stuff from Claire's - but it's always the random stuff. Hairbands.. Earrings mostly. It's hilarioud when they try and push a certain 'in style' fashion, though... because it never seems to work, here! But yep, got an awesome Halloween section.
Seriously. Those cookies are making me hungry.

And yeah I use psp8 and animation shop 3 to make 'em ahha, but I made those, like, months ago :p At this point I'm just like whatever, more hits for me! And I (and everyone else) laughed at the "biggest rip off" thing because everything on the site is free, I don't owe them anything.
I also think it's sad that they think I should take my site off the web. Most of the people who diss my site have boring sites that make me want to cry, and most of the other sites they diss I love. At least we don't blatantly diss a person because we dislike their site, imo it's them with the bad attitude, and they can't handle my being so outspoken, especially when I'm only 13 :p

Apparently I'm the type of girl (according to her) who obsesses over clothes and boys and read magazines. She called me a spoiled brat as well, because I guess I don't know what I'm talking about.
Sure I haven't ever been in the military, nor have I killed anyone. But I don't think that that matters. I think it is wrong to kill. I think it is wrong to enter a country and start bombing. I think it is wrong to use force to over power. If countries all treated each other with respect, and kindness, then they'd go a long way. I mean look at Canada and America. We've never fought with each other (except this one time apparently over something stupid.) If we can do it, and we live right next to each other, why can't the rest of the world.
Oh, and that girl wasn't even the one who was mentioned in my blog. It was another site (in case you thought otherwise). She's closed her site down for a bit now, and has 'I'll say what I want' on the 'enter' page .. frig. Haha.
